Abstract
Objective: Pancreatic cancer remains a challenging malignancy with a high mortality rate. Comorbidities such as chronic pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolic syndrome exacerbate diagnostic and treatment challenges, significantly influencing outcomes. [1] This study evaluates the impact of comprehensive comorbidity management including glycemic control, weight management, and anti-inflammatory therapies, on overall survival (OS) and overall response rate (ORR).
